UPGRADE PROCESS
THE FIRMWARE UPGRADE PROCESS WILL ERASE ALL DATA STORED ON Q-NRG UNIT.
DOWNLOAD ALL TEST BEFORE STARTING THE UPGRADE PROCEDURE.
- Get the installation file by clicking on the "Download now" button below.
- Connect the USB flash drive device to the host PC.
- Extract the downloaded zip file content to the root directory of the USB flash drive device (e.g.: E:\, do not select sub-folder).
- Make sure that the battery has at least 20% remaining capacity or that the device is connected to mains.
- Turn the device Off.
- Plug the USB flash drive device with the firmware into any USB port on the side of Q-NRG. Make sure there is only one USB drive inserted.
- Turn the device On. Q-NRG prompts a message to continue with Firmware upgrade, all data will be lost. Tap Yes to continue with the upgrade or Cancel to abort operation.
- Do not remove the USB flash drive during the upgrade (it will take some minutes). In this phase, the Q-NRG will automatically turn ON/OFF.
- Follow the on-screen message to complete the procedure.
NOTES
The USB storage device must be formatted as FAT32 file system (32 GB Max storage size).
