IntelliMET™ enables dual gas sampling through both a micro-dynamic mixing chamber and breath-by-breath analysis. Users can select the appropriate modality based on the testing protocol, research focus, or clinical application.
Wireless connectivity
The K5 supports reliable wireless data transmission via standard and long-distance Bluetooth, enabling seamless integration with external devices such as wireless pulse oximeters.
Rugged design
The K5 is built to an IP54 standard, with sealed plugs, connectors, and caps that provide resistance to water, moisture, and dust.
Intuitive user interface
The K5 display is designed for easy navigation and quick access to features. A taskbar provides at-a-glance information including time, date, battery status, Bluetooth, GPS, and system notifications.
ANT+ certified
The K5 integrates with the world’s largest network of sport sensors, supporting more than 440 compatible products. Up to eight wireless devices can be connected simultaneously for synchronized data collection.
Omnia Software
The K5 includes OMNIA, COSMED’s modular software suite, featuring an intuitive interface and guided workflows that reduce training time and simplify daily operation.
