COSMED is glad to inform that, starting from the 17th of February, the new 1.6 release of OMNIA is available for download to registered users. To facilitate upgrade process an online form is available to send requests. COSMED recommends to upgrade existing systems as the unit resolves also some bugs.

Together with additional features and general improvements, OMNIA 1.6 introduces new important tests including Rocc, P0.1 and RAW Challenge and lots more...

Customers that are still running the previous software (PFT/CPET Suites any version) can upgrade to OMNIA. Please contact COSMED Sales Staff to get an upgrade quotation or know more about the eligibility program.

What's new on OMNIA 1.6

• New test implemented, Airway Resistance by the Occlusion Technique (A-670-100-012), available for Quark PFT/Quark Spiro/Pony FX in the Respiratory Mechanics test group. When using Pony FX, the software allows to download tests performed by the spirometer unit only (online test via OMNIA is not available).
• New Respiratory Drive (P0.1) test available in the Respiratory Mechanics test group.
• RAW Challenge test, located in the Lung Volumes TGV/RAW test group, allows to perform a Broncho-Challenge test with Body Plethysmography.
• New features, improvements and several bug fixes.
