VO2-max tests with COSMED K5 for Hockey Club Davos Ladies on season preparation

For the women's team of Hockey Club Davos a new phase of life began last week with the kick-off for summer training which will lasts 12 weeks.

Many VO2 Max test were performed using the COSMED K5 and treadmill. The results? Good! ⠀⠀⠀

The start of summer training is about determining where you stand. About building the training based on the results and comparing them at the end of the summer.
