Greg Foot from the British "Head Squeeze" team presents a video in which the VO2max test is described in a very clear way, including its purposes and how to perform it.

The August 2013 episode focused on what the VO2max test is. The 7 minute video goes through all basic aspects of the maximum oxygen uptake test by performing a running test on a treadmill using the wearable metabolic system K4b2 from COSMED.
