COSMED K5 at Turkish Olympic Preparation Center for master triathlete VO2Max test.

Erkan Tortu, Sport Sciences And Technology-Doctor of Philosophy (PhD), performed a metabolic assessment with COSMED K5 to determine the athlete exercise domains (moderate-heavy-severe-extreme) and create specific training programs.

With COSMED K5 the metabolic assessment can be carried out practicing indoor or outdoor activities even with the most extreme weather conditions.

K5 single-body design (battery inside) reduces weight, simplifies subject setup and improves ergonomics. The new harness is comfortable and offers freedom of movement during testing.
