COSMED Quark CPET assessment at FC Bayern Munich Performance Center

Julian Nagelsmann’s team began their preparations for the second half of the 2022/23 season with the obligatory performance tests: Cardiopulmonary Exercise Tests, a section of the squad, reaction speed and jumping strength.

CardioPulmonary Exercise Tests were performed using the COSMED Quark CPET and treadmill. These devices help to evaluate the physiological responses and can assist coaches and athletes in monitorng athlete’s performance both pre- and throughout the season.
