PCECG Software 5.96 - What's new

• Automatic Lead Quality Check. A Lead Check button is added to the main software bar. The button blinks whenever a lead off occurs and gives access to signal quality information for each electrode.

• Wrist-Worn Pulse Oximeter Compatibility. SpO2 reading can be directly transferred from the Nonin WristOx2 3150 pulse oximeter to PCECG software.

• Pacemaker Detection. Implanted pacemaker can be noted in the patient card and option can be enabled to detect spikes which are then marked on ECG traces, printouts and interpretation.

• Advanced Arrhythmia Detection (S2 license required). An advanced list of possible arrhythmias is available. For each arrhythmia the detection can be enabled/disabled both in the software setting and in real time. Each arrhythmia type can be assigned to user events during real time, PlayBack or Review. The automatically detected arrhythmias can be restored to original state after manual editing or recalculated after adjusting the configurable parameters.

• Pharmacologic Protocol. Pharmacological protocol can be created to conduct ECG tests after/before drug administration.

• J point. The J- point is shown on ECG reports in addition to the existing Baseline and J+ point markers.

• Audible Alarms. Audible alarms can be enabled for HR exceeding Max predicted HR value and for Lead Off events

• Load Increment Value. The default step incremental Watts value applied when manually controlling the bike ergometer via software can be defined in the settings.

• Max HR and Worst ST Areas. The test phases where to look for Max HR and Worst ST recorded values can be defined in the software settings.

• Silent Time Events. When enabling time-paced events, the related print and show dialog box options can be disabled.

• PlayBack screen. Dedicated layout settings, Next/Previous Event navigation buttons and New Event button have been added for the PlayBack screen.

• Peak Exercise. When opening a test for review, the software automatically shows the Peak Exercise point.

• Successive Mode Printout. When selecting the "Successive" Lead Print option, (12-lead print report only), the ECG traces in the columns above the strip lead are synchronized with the strip lead.

• Summary Report. User-configured multi-page templates including ECG Median information can be created.

• Trend Report. ST graphs or Remarks can be included in the Trend reports.

• Interpretation. Rest and Stress interpretation based on the advanced MEANS algorithm.
