Bluetooth connectivity issues in Windows 11 version 22H2
In the wake of the recent Cumulative Update Preview for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems released from May 2023, numerous OMNIA users have encountered Bluetooth connectivity issues.
We have found that the following products are not able to be discovered via Bluetooth when using Windows 11 version 22H2 with the default Windows settings:
- Q-NRG series
- K5
- Nonin 3150 WristOx
If you encounter this issue all you need to do is to change the Bluetooth devices discovery setting in Windows from Default to Advanced.
In this state, our products will appear in the Bluetooth devices and can be connected.
